This is a photo of L-Class “Penguin” L4. “Penguin” was built by Elkins for Colonel Bland-Strang.

Ownerships passed to Mr Hubert Tyrer. Mr Tyrer lived at “Windy Brow” Pennington and was a member of the Royal Lymington Yacht club. He was General Manager or Siam or the Anglo-Siam Corporation and retired to Pennington in 1930. He was a Air Raid Warden in Pennington and died in 1944.
